Introduction to my bakery...

It is so exciting to be launching a new website and to have a blog space.

This is the first of many blogs and I hope that you enjoy reading them as much as I will writing them. Sitting here seeing the blank page there are so many possible topics to write about and I am a bit overwhelmed if I am being honest. I have ideas racing through my head at light speed.

I want to talk about what it means to be gluten free, food labels and farmer’s markets and the community that they build. So much good stuff to share.

For this first post I am going to make it brief!

I want to share a little of my excitement about the possibilities in life with you all and to get the dough ball rolling if you will and start the unfolding process of Bite Me Bakery as an entity. I hope that you will stay and come along for the ride.
